I have practiced psychotherapy for over 30 years working with children and their families in schools, as well as with individuals, couples, and families in private practice in Montpelier. I have been fortunate to have the opportunity to support people when in transition, grieving, facing difficult life circumstances and grappling with the complex challenges of life. The Therapeutic relationship is very important. So I focus on creating a supportive and safe environment that fosters a gentle inquiry into the areas of a person's life that feel stuck or blocked.
