About

I work with children, teens and adults who have chronic depression, anxiety, trauma, phase of life issues, bullying, and parenting issues. I create an environment in which my client feels safe so that I can guild them on their journey to recovery. My goal is for my clients to have the tools, and community supports so that when they complete treatment, they can sustain their progress. I have been trained in evidence-based practices MAP(Managing and Adapting practices), trauma focused CBT, family therapy, and play therapy. I have learned over the years that not every approach works for all my clients, so my approach is tailored to your specific needs.
