Most of my professional life I have been in private practice in New Hampshire and have recently made the move to Maine to be nearer family. My experience spans all ages in a variety of settings. I have worked with first responders and both active duty service personnel and veterans. Some clients want to know more about the person they are seeing and I am happy to discuss my background and credentials. Others want to immediately focus on the issues they are concerned about and I am prepared to start where ever the client wishes. I believe in giving back to my community and therefore have volunteered for the American Red Cross for over 25 years. View 7 Photos I have a certified therapy dog who is usually in my office. Tux is a 12 year old border collie/sheltie mix, certified through Pet Partners and HOPE Animal Assisted Crisis Response. Therapy dogs are trained to offer comfort and support to all. They expect to be petted. We have volunteered for the Red Cross in disaster situations
