My ideal client is someone who is currently lost or overwhelmed and wanting to come alive again after a major loss or transition. Or has been dealing with a physical illness, and now wants support in coming back into life in a new way. It can be easy to forget that we are not the lives we have created, we are so much more. Having help recognizing where you are going and why, and dealing with the problems that show up along the way can be necessary in looking at exactly what is happening, why they are happening, and what you want/need to change to make things so much easier to handle so you can bring in joy, peace, and your dreams.
