Life can feel overwhelming, leaving people feeling stuck in relationships, daily experiences, or longing to feel whole again. Many seek healing, clarity, and reconnection with themselves and others. Through a compassionate and collaborative therapeutic relationship, hope can be restored as individuals discover strengths that support resilience and growth. I provide a safe, empathetic, and nonjudgmental space where clients can process thoughts, emotions, and lived experiences in the present moment. My approach to counseling is emotion-focused, experiential, and attachment-based. I integrate evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, Existential therapy, and EMDR, tailoring treatment to each client’s needs. I work with individuals, couples, and families, and I welcome the integration of spirituality for those who desire it.
