About

My passion is working with people who desire to elevate their relationships and transform their lives. I am a strengths-based, solution focused, person-centered therapist who thinks systemically. I utilize a collaborative approach with my clients to work through any barriers to self-care and/or reaching goals. My ideal client is someone who cares deeply about the state of the world and wants to better themselves and the world around them. I am a therapist's therapist and a caregiver to those are drained, exhausted and burnt out. I am also a clinical supervisor, who can integrate spirituality and theology into my clinical practice.
