Since 1999, I have been committed to assisting clients improve their quality of life. My main goal is to help clients feel supported, empowered, and motivated to make changes. Fundamental to this change process in establishing a strong therapeutic alliance based on mutual respect, collaboration, and trust. My approach to therapy is to honor the uniqueness and individuality of each person and to encourage the gradual movement toward integration of psychological, emotional, intellectual, creative, and spiritual components of the personality. Over the years I have worked with clients from diverse backgrounds who experience a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, grief and loss, substance abuse, interpersonal concerns and issues, life transition problems, stress management, and other mental health and adjustment issues.
