I work with individuals and couples navigating complex trauma, relationship and intimacy difficulties, and feeling disconnected from their bodies, joy, and pleasure. I specialize working with LGBTQ+, polyamorous/ENM, and BDSM/kinky folks to feel empowered, confident, and fully, unapologetically themselves. My work is somatic, trauma-informed, sex-positive, and neuroaffirming. I help my clients reconnect with their bodies in ways that feel safe and loving so that they can live a deeply joyful and fulfilled life.
