Please reach out if you are someone who enjoys a humanistic caring approach coupled with curiosity and humor to help keep things in perspective. A client who is open to being challenged when needed and willing to try new things. I strive to focus on a clients strengths to build empowerment and resiliency. We cannot control what comes our way however we can decide how to meet challenges with self care and confidence. I have training in poly-vagal informed therapy, trauma and crisis, ADHD, GAD, and CBT and DBT therapies. My approach integrates the warmth and empathy of humanistic therapy with the practical tools and insight of cognitive approaches. I have training in poly-vagal techniques and strive to create a safe space to build connection and trust. I also have varied experience in school and clinical based assessments which can help guide my clients.
