If you have ever experienced being with a person who suspended judgement, and simply listened, you might be aware of how healing that felt for you. I'm a NYS licensed psychotherapist from Manhattan, NY now based in Hampton Bays. In my nine years of doing experiential psychotherapy, I've focused my approach to be present centered and relational informed.
