I am a licensed psychotherapist. I have worked in the field for over 15 years addressing issues of mood disorders, anxiety disorders, PTSD, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, impulse control issues as well as relationship problems. I work with children and adults. My approach is client centered, I personalize my intervention to fit the needs of each individual client. I am proficient in psychodynamic, relational, cognitive behavioral therapy as well as play therapy and family systems therapy. My approach is thoughtful and insight oriented.
