I help individuals suffering from: An unnatural way of living: addiction, anxiety, mood difficulties, sleep issues, men’s issues, overall life-satisfaction struggles; Struggling with resentments: past or present; and/or Lack of structure in daily living (Life-style changes). They’re in need of: Coping skills; identifying character defects: shortcomings/mistakes/defects/faults ; or learning to stay in the present moment. Attainable goals are: Help people move from an unnatural way of living to a natural way of living, by prioritizing mental health, in daily living; Surrendering to the illusion of control; and/or Learning.
