I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief and loss related issues in Hispanics and other minority groups. I utilize evidence-based treatments, in particular, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT). I am a proud first-generation Latina and have been a therapist for the last 12 years, serving the Los Angeles County area. It would be my pleasure to walk beside you on this journey.
