Dr. Mercer has a master’s degree in Psychological Services and a PhD in Professional Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, and a post-doctoral master’s degree in Clinical Psychopharmacology from Alliant International University. She has been licensed as a psychologist since 1991 and has been working in this field for over thirty years.
