I recognize that pursuing therapy, whether for the first time or after a break, can be daunting. My practice focuses on identifying patterns and connecting you to your feelings to increase self-awareness. I recognize therapy is not one-size-fits-all! As a neurodivergent-affirming, queer-affirming, and trauma-informed provider, I take a client-centered approach, catering to your individual needs. I utilize emotion-focused and insight-oriented techniques, as well as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) for couples.
