I work from a perspective that focuses on joining you in the present and, at the same time, putting your current experiences and perspectives in context by exploring how your personal history currently impacts your life. I'm happy to meet with most adults, couples, families, and kids as well as adolescents (just remember that no matter the age of your child, there will probably be some family therapy). I take a laid back approach, but I'm serious about your health. Please get in touch and let's see if I'm a good fit for you. I enjoy working with families, children, adolescents, college students, vets, older adults and many people who are just trying to figure out who they are (and, let's face it, we all have some child to us, which is why I say I'm a child therapist even though I see people of all ages). Grief and loss/ end of life counseling is particularly meaningful to me.
