I'm a therapist with experience working with a wide range of clients - from play therapy with children to treating depression or anxiety with adults or teens. I believe therapy should be a collaborative process, incorporating the client’s unique life experiences and passions into therapy. I am also intentionally sensitive to diversity topics including ethnicity, culture, religion, and socio-economic status. I aim to form a great connection with every client I work with, focusing on providing an encouraging and accepting space for clients to learn, grow, and heal.
