My clients believe that understanding the root of their stressors (i.e., relationships, discrimination, intergenerational patterns, anxiety, depression, trauma, finances, school, parenting) can help them function at their best. I take a holistic approach to these feelings, prioritizing self-awareness, embodiment, and living authentically. I specialize in couples work, intergenerational family work, and young adults. I am especially passionate about helping culturally diverse and neurodivergent clients navigate discrimination, find self-awareness, process intergenerational dynamics, and heal from the past.
