My core approach is rooted in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and Transformative Psychology. I observe thoughts, emotions, and narratives that originate in childhood, hard-wired in adulthood, inadvertently resulting in adult PTSD and CPTSD (childhood PTSD) symptoms of Depression, and Anxiety. Studies show that digital information shows minor results. It lacks interactive, experiential and Limbic brain re-wiring required for long-term breakthroughs. Therefore the idiom " Neurons that fire together will wire together " is true. These shifts in re-processing life leads to living life whole-heartedly and motivated.
