Whole Wellness Counseling offers a listening ear and evidence-based strategies to improve your sense of well-being. Whole Wellness offers psychological and behavioral health assessments for young children, teens, and adults in Ithaca, Binghamton, Orchard Park, and Saratoga Springs, as well as via telehealth all across New York I closely follow the work of Dr. Eli Lebowitz of the Yale Child Study Center and have extensive certification and experience in Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE), which focuses on identifying and decreasing family accommodations for anxious behaviors, picky eating, sleep, school refusal, and adult failure to launch.
