Lasting change first requires understanding. At times, we all experience feeling "stuck" due to long-held beliefs, expectations and patterns of behavior. I provide support and guidance to help you identify where these "stuck" places have originated, so that you can move forward with greater self-awareness, compassion, and intentionality. Having trained to work with both children and adults, I offer a greater awareness of how early experiences have impacted people throughout their lifetimes, and how they continue to influence relationships, mood, and functioning into adulthood.
