I specialize in women's issues, adolescent concerns, single-parent/divorce issues, life transitions, and anxiety disorders. Psychotherapy is often the most effective mode of treatment. By exploring your journey, we can process, accept, and shed unhealthy thoughts and patterns, repair interpersonal ruptures, and learn to embrace your newfound qualities. I have been told I bring a relational, collaborative, and unique style of relating to the therapeutic dynamic.
