Hello there, athlete (and sport parents)! I'm glad you're here. Being an athlete is amazing (most days), but it comes with challenges. Maintaining a high level of performance AND enjoying your sport experience can be tough. Maybe you've lost your confidence, can't shake anxious thoughts, or you're afraid of letting others down. Maybe you're feeling the demands of athlete life. You're probably doing a lot of traveling, training, practicing and competing, sometimes sacrificing a personal life for your sport goals.
