I'm Dr. Nancy Do, PsyD, welcome. Do you find yourself in a similar, unhealthy pattern or relational dynamic you are unable to break away from? Are you suffering in silence? Do you feel societal, cultural, and familial pressures to be perfect, successful, thin, have it all figured out etc.? Do you feel alone, even in a room full of people? Are you feeling overwhelmed by life? Do you struggle to set boundaries or assert yourself? Suffering and struggle are a part of the human experience. We tend to avoid or numb our pain, but we need to accept it, learn to navigate and better manage it, and recognize that the only way out is through.
