Taking the first step to seek help is often the hardest part when one feels overwhelmed and in need of support. Finding the right match is one of the critical factors in therapy. I have been described as a warm, supportive, and engaging clinician. I am a humanist, interested in the whole person not a label. In my work, I bring in curiosity, multi-cultural sensitivity, many years of experience, and a little bit of life wisdom into sessions as I collaborate with my clients and help create opportunities for self-awareness, change, and growth.
