I’m a therapist with a deep belief in the power of insight, partnership, and practical tools to help people move from stuck to thriving. I earned my MSW from NYU and trained at the renowned Ackerman Institute for the Family, where I learned to view challenges through a relational lens. As an Ackerman-trained therapist, I specialize in working with individuals, couples and families navigating conflict, disconnection, and life transitions with curiosity, compassion, and clarity. I work with emerging adults looking to launch and men and women who realize something needs to change and perhaps they aren't living the life they want.
