I am a mental health practitioner with over 20 years experience. My goal is to help clients who feel they are struggling in any area of their life. Together we will find solutions, build coping skills to manage, and set and meet goals in order to live a well balanced and fulfilled life. My approach is highly individualized whether I am working with individuals, couples or families. I truly believe change is possible and focus on using client centered and strengths based perspectives to help clients find authenticity and connection. I have been trained in many modalities and therapeutic techniques. I am trained in EMDR, Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Critical Stress Incident, Post Inductive Therapy (Relational Trauma Model), Attachment Based Family Therapy (ABFT), Functional Family Therapy (FFT) and Parenting.
