I am dedicated to creating a safe, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients can gain insight, develop coping strategies, and heal trauma to achieve meaningful change in their lives. I specialize in treating all forms of trauma, with advanced training in complex trauma and dissociative disorders. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and am passionate about helping clients heal from trauma so they can rediscover joy and live their lives fully present and free from anxiety.
