My name is Dr. Samuel F. Shuman and I work with clients who are navigating life transitions, trauma, or recovery, seeking clarity and effective tools to move forward. They may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how past experiences shape present struggles. They want insight, direction, and healing and a progressive and meaningful manner. My diverse multiculture life journey enables me to connect without judgment with a client. I help clients uncover strengths, insights and options to alter dysfunctional beliefs and behaviors in an effort to guide him or her in forging a more positive and happier life.
