About

I treat children and adolescents experiencing a range of anxiety-based disorders, OCD, depression, and grief. My experiences with anxiety-based disorders include treating selective mutism, specific phobias, separation anxiety, and generalized anxiety, in particular. I'm eager to partner with families who want to support their child in taking their life back from anxiety and other challenges. I also provide parent training and consultation for caregivers and educators of anxious children and those with ADHD; we are all on the same team! I utilize evidence-based practices including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and exposure and response prevention (ERP) to effectively treat the challenges my clients are experiencing. I value building collaborative relationships with schools and families to meet the needs of my clients. I bring an authentic, playful, and reflective approach to my work.
