Welcome! I’m Dr. Stacy Popkin, a warm, strength-based psychologist. I work with children, pre-teens, adolescents, and adults in treating anxiety, ADHD, autism, and behavioral challenges. I work directly with the individual and/or the parents by creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you or your child can openly explore thoughts and emotions and learn practical strategies. I believe effective therapy begins with genuinely understanding each individual’s unique strengths and needs. Together, we can navigate challenges and build resilience, fostering growth and positive change.
