Hola! I am so glad you are here looking for support. We all experience life challenges that leave us feeling overwhelmed and burdened at times. For Bipoc folks, there are additional stressors that can make us feel inadequate or needing a space to truly be understood in a way that the outside world might not “get it.” I am deeply committed to working with Bipoc communities especially with couples who are navigating life cycle changes, and families with young children. This challenging time of a couple relationship, and my own experience has taught me that having a space to grow and connect with another is invaluable.
