I specialize in relationship dynamics, attachment, family systems, grief, and life transitions. I take a systems approach to empower you in personal, interpersonal, and institutional pursuits. When you come to therapy, you can expect me to engage with you collaboratively, candidly, and with a sense of humor. Together, we can identify and shift patterns, build and work towards goals, improve communication, evaluate and improve relationships, build present moment and emotional awareness, and develop skills unique to your presenting concerns.
