I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a passion for helping others heal and discover their resilience and sources of joy in this world from a person-centered, strengths-based perspective. While my primary focus is building a genuine connection and individualizing my approach to each person’s specific needs, I am trained in numerous forms of therapy, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy.
