I help hurting, struggling, and disconnected couples heal and find each other again. Couples that want to work with me include those stuck in patterns of destructive reactivity, couples in crisis hoping to save their marriage, disconnected couples lacking intimacy, couples struggling with past trauma, betrayal, infidelity and violations, and couples struggling to align on core relationship expectations. Counseling couples is my passion. As a long-time, partnered parent who has experienced the challenges of raising little ones and launching college-bound teens, I also support parents and children struggling to repair and build trust.
