Hello! I am a licensed therapist with the state of Minnesota and have been working with toddlers, children, teens/adolescents and their parents, as well as young adults for many years. As a therapist I incorporate a number of empirically validated approaches with the goal of helping my clients achieve sustainable change and progress in a relational context. As a therapist, I operate by addressing the noticeable maladaptive behaviors through creating a safe environment where clients find the courage to face the hard unseen things under the surface, to try, and take steps toward healing.
