I work with individuals and couples living in the in-between—grieving what has been lost, questioning who they are becoming, and carrying stories shaped by culture, migration, and attachment. The pain that brings people to therapy is often less about what is “wrong” and more about what has been held quietly for a long time. I am especially honored to work with AAPI and diaspora communities navigating grief, identity, and belonging. I believe healing happens in relationship—with ourselves, with our partners, and with the legacies we inherit and reshape.
