Hi, I’m Elise, and I am glad you made it to my page. I understand that finding the right therapist can be a challenge, so I want to take a moment to share what you can expect during our time together. I will show up as myself to provide an authentic, warm, and non-judgmental space so you feel comfortable to be you. I will not pretend that life and relationships are easy, because they aren’t. Yet, every day I see changes and growth in clients because, with support and clarity, we can learn skills to communicate and build happy and fulfilling lives. There is emotional relief and rich knowledge that we gain as we turn inward. As parents, it’s natural to feel helpless when watching our children struggle, and I want to offer support that includes you in the therapy process.
