With over 23 years of experience as a psychotherapist, I have great respect for the innate creativity and wisdom of my clients. I specialize in trauma and eating disorder recovery, as well as offering therapy for life adjustment and relationship challenges. You will not be met with "canned" treatment when we work together. Combining experiential, somatic and traditional talk therapy, we will collaborate with attention to your unique goals and individuality. I also provide professional supervision for individuals working toward LCMHC licensure
