I am a clinician at Nielsen Psychological Services, an outpatient behavioral health care organization, specializing in individual and couples therapy related to trauma, anxiety, grief & loss, and violence prevention. As a licensed counselor, I believe emotional health is one of the keys to stability, growth, and a cornerstone to change. Initiating the process of addressing this aspect of life can be challenging and scary. I have worked with a variety of populations, though have shifted my focus in the last several years to first responders and their families who are experiencing difficulties both inside and outside the profession.
