Elizabeth received her training working in community mental health in Pasadena, CA providing services to highly sensitive and deeply feeling individuals navigating a diverse range of challenges including developmental/complex trauma, life transitions, and grief/loss. She works from a place of deep compassion, with the goal of restoring connection and trust in yourself. Prior to her work in mental health, Elizabeth worked in musical theatre and enjoys integrating expressive arts into her work as a therapist.
