As a therapist, I bring a warm, collaborative, and individualized approach to every session. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, offering a supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors with curiosity and compassion. My goal is to help individuals develop greater self-awareness, build healthy emotional regulation skills, and grow into the best version of themselves. I support clients facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, perfectionism, grief, trauma, and relationship challenges. My main therapeutic treatment approach is to use CBT to help clients change unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, parts work to explore and heal different aspects of the self, and Gestalt therapy to deepen awareness in the present moment.
