I am a licensed therapist with more than twenty years of experience. I am a Christian counselor with compassion for the struggles and hurts caused by life and living. My approach is gentle and supportive. I enjoy working with older teens and adults. I have experience working with clients on fear/ anxiety, family concerns, trauma healing, grief and other life issues. I also work extensively with the military and their family members and have specialized training in the unique issues of the members of our armed services. Other areas of interest include spiritual growth and development, healthy boundaries and stress management.
