Thank you for considering my practice. I support and treat adult clients with anxiety, depression, stress management and adjustment issues. I offer a safe space to process issues, identifying best strategies to improve emotional wellbeing. We begin by my learning about my client's history of their concern and together we develop manageable goals to improve coping by identifying potential behaviors, beliefs impeding overall wellness. Treatment techniques include; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness strategies. I am currently not offering couples therapy, child or adolescent therapy.
