As a former teacher, I understand the struggles many teens and adults face on a daily basis. It can be challenging to feel stuck in patterns that hold you back. I can best support individuals going through major life events or processing past trauma and am passionate about helping my clients find hope, healing, and new ways forward through Accelerated Resolution Therapy. ART is an evidence-based psychotherapy that can help you to process and resolve distressing memories at a quicker rate than traditional therapy. It has been shown to be effective for: Trauma, Grief, PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Phobias, Substance Use, and more.
