About
I'm fulfilled by my work with humans facing anxiety, effects of trauma, perfectionism or a loud inner critic, life transitions, or grief & loss. My approach is relational and affirming. I welcome people of all identities, neurotypes, and life stages. Many of my clients start therapy feeling overwhelmed or stuck—caught in unhelpful patterns, confused by their emotions and reactions, or internalizing stress or judgment. Together, we'll approach your thoughts and feelings with clarity and compassion. We'll build tools to support your inner safety, and develop meaningful relationships to the people and passions you love and care for. I offer emotional depth and skills-building using mindfulness-based strategies, somatic practices, and tools from Compassion-Focused Therapy, ACT, and CBT. As we collaborate, you may learn how to regulate your nervous system, tune into the messages beneath your emotions, and align with your values—even when the way forward feels uncertain.
