My approach is compassionate, collaborative and hopeful. I have extensive experience working with individuals struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and relational crises. It can be challenging to remain present and functional in life when dealing with unresolved confusion and pain. Therapy can create space to view what’s obscured by stress/fear and develop capacity to attend to it. I offer psychotherapy, somatic interventions (including EMDR, mindfulness activities & visualization), and reflective practice - there are many paths that can lead to reconnection and joy.
