Every child and teen deserves to feel safe, understood, and supported as they make sense of their experiences. In times of stress or uncertainty, young people often process what they're feeling through behavior, movement, and play. These expressions can be powerful entry points for connection, healing, and growth. I support highly sensitive children and adolescents with navigating trauma, anxiety, life transitions, overwhelming emotions, and more. I meet them with warmth, curiosity, and patience as they make meaning of their experiences at their own pace. View 6 Photos Integrating EMDR and Synergetic Play Therapy, I follow the young person's lead and draw on their natural language of play to support emotional regulation, trauma processing, and inner growth and resilience. I also work with caregivers to enhance regulation, connection, and understanding beyond the therapeutic environment.
