Do you carry a deep ache that feels hard to name? Or move through the world with a heaviness you can’t explain? Trauma doesn’t always come with a clear storyline—but its effects are real. It can leave you feeling disconnected, anxious, stuck in shame, or unsure who you are anymore. It can disrupt relationships, sexuality, sleep, and even your sense of time. You may have tried therapy before and wondered if real relief is even possible. I believe it is. I work with people navigating complex trauma, dissociation, suicidality, and existential pain. My approach is integrative and trauma-focused, drawing on EMDR, parts work (IFS-informed), meditation, CBT, and somatic awareness. I also offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and psychedelic integration when appropriate.
