With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, I have supported individuals ages 18-78 facing a variety of challenges and tailor my approach to suit each person's needs. My work includes addressing mental health concerns, supporting those with neurodivergent minds, and guiding clients through recovery from substance use disorders. I have specialized experience supporting those navigating "early adulthood" (ages 18-40), a psychologically rich period with unique challenges and needs. I am particularly passionate about reducing human suffering through supporting the work of individuation and self-actualization.
